The 24-hour model has now become normal to the majority of our gym members. Having flexible choices is now a way of life, especially if you’re time poor, so we’re getting on board by offering you more flexible hours to enjoy your workout.
Our gym offers 24/7 access to members who have completed an induction. If you are a member with gym access and wish to train outside normal operating hours, please visit our team at reception to complete your induction.
