Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiologists deliver you safe and effective exercise interventions to help you reach your optimal health. Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified, allied health professionals with the knowledge, skills and competencies to serve those with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Clinical Reformer Pilates
Under the guidance of our qualified exercise physiologist, you’ll work on a reformer machine with adjustable resistance, allowing for safe, low-impact exercises that deliver maximum results. This specialised exercise program is designed to support those recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or aiming to build core strength and flexibility tailored to your individual needs.

Falls Prevention
Under the guidance of our qualified exercise physiologist, you’ll take part in a tailored exercise program focused on improving balance, strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement. Designed for older adults and those at an increased risk of falls, this evidence-based program helps enhance physical function, build independence, and support safer movement so you can stay active and continue doing the things you enjoy.
