Each session incorporates guided mindfulness, gentle stretching, pelvic floor and core awareness, and calming meditation, delivered in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is ideal for women with medical clearance. These classes help improve flexibility, posture, and balance while easing common pregnancy discomforts. You’ll also learn breathing techniques to support labour and promote relaxation, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Postnatal Yoga

Designed to support recovery after childbirth, these classes focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving mobility, and reducing tension. Babies are welcome in a relaxed, family-friendly environment, encouraging bonding while you move safely at your own pace.

Prams and baby essentials, as needed, are welcome

No prior yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome, with modifications provided to ensure every participant feels safe, supported, and confident.

Before participating in a class, please ensure you have received medical clearance from your doctor to ensure the session is right for you
