Our Falls Prevention Program is designed to help you improve your strength, balance and mobility, empowering you to move with greater confidence and maintain your independence.
Delivered by our Allied Health team in a supportive small-group environment, this structured 8-week program combines evidence-based assessment, personalised exercise programming and ongoing professional guidance to help reduce your risk of falls and improve everyday function.
Each participant receives an individualised exercise plan based on comprehensive baseline testing with measurable outcomes and ongoing support to help you build confidence in movement and improve overall quality of life.

Getting Started
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to get started with Falls Prevention.
Before joining a class, you’ll begin with a consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists. This allows us to understand your needs and ensure the program is the right fit for you.
From there, you will get started in our weekly program, so you can move safely, confidently and get the most out of the program.
