Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation.  If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more. 

Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body. Led by passionate, qualified instructors, our classes are available in person or you can jump into a virtual class in the venue at any time for even more flexibility.

  • Cycle
45 minutes | All levels

High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.

  • LesMills RPM
45 minutes | All levels

A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

  • The Trip
40 minutes | All levels

A fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this immersive workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) on a bike. It’s built on the sport of cycle sprinting which means you’ll be taking your training to the next level with a workout that’s all about speed.

Warm water exercise designed to improve muscular strength, cardio-vascular fitness and flexibility in an environment that has minimal impact on the joints. Located in our Warm Water pool.

Aqua Fit is a workout in water that is inclusive of every fitness level and every age. Working out in water eliminates stress on the joints, improves cardiovascular fitness, can increase strength, flexibility and overall health. Located in our 25m pool. 

  • Gentle Aqua Aerobics
45 minutes | All fitness levels

Move at your own pace with our gentle, low-impact water workout. Participants perform a variety of strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience. Located in our 25m pool.

Workouts that provide resistance and support for a wide range of exercises. It enhances core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning while promoting proper alignment and body awareness.

A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.

A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

A full-body cardio workout that combines stepping on a height adjustable bench with other movements such as plate work to strengthen. Designed to be fun, uplifting, and effective.

  • CORE™
45 minutes | Medium intensity

A scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. Using a flexible band and weight plates. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

  • HIIT
45 minutes | High intensity

HIIT Movements are big, involving every muscle working together, and intervals are short so you can give max effort. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. 

  • Zumba
55 minutes | All fitness levels

Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.

  • Metafit
30 minutes | High intensity

A high intensity interval training class. All exercises are body weight only. This class is designed to work you at maximum intensity. 

  • Yoga
55 minutes | All fitness levels

Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.

  • Mat Pilates
50 minutes | Medium-high intensity

Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

  • Boxing
45 minutes | All fitness levels

Incorporate elements of boxing training into a high-intensity workout. A form of exercise that combines boxing-inspired movements with aerobic and strength training exercises. Participants engage in a variety of boxing techniques. The routines are typically set to energetic music and include intervals of cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening movements.

  • Vinyasa Yoga
55 minutes | All fitness levels

Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There’s a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session.

  • Hatha Yoga
55 minutes | All fitness levels

Hatha involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than other styles of yoga

  • Senior Cardio
45 minutes | Low intensity

Seniors freestyle cardio class is a workout that will help improve heart and lung fitness as well as your balance and co-ordination. This class has everything – music, friends and movement.

  • Senior Strength
45 minutes | Low intensity

A seniors class designed to strengthen the body with functional movements with light hand weights and bands. This class will include some Pilates moves and these exercises will strengthen your muscles so that everyday tasks remain easy and enjoyable. 

  • Teen Boxing
30 minutes | All fitness levels

Tailored for 12-15 year olds offers a safe and supportive environment where participants develop physical fitness, technique, and confidence through structured training focusing on proper form.

  • Sculpt
55 minutes | All fitness levels

An all over workout combining cardiovascular exercises to increase your fitness followed by muscle sculpting exercises that will tone, improve balance and your core strength. Suitable for various fitness levels, as options are included. Combined with motivating music, it makes a fun but challenging class.
