What is reformer pilates? Reformer pilates is a type of resistance-based pilates that is performed on a reformer pilates bed.
During a class you will get a full body workout - expect to activate and strengthen your body in the following areas:

Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels, offering all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. There are 15 state-of-the-art reformer pilates beds at Mill Park Leisure and classes are available as part of the MX membership.
