Nancy is passionate about helping people improve their health, build confidence, and achieve their goals through movement and exercise.
Her postgraduate research focused on fall prevention in older adults living with knee osteoarthritis, reflecting her interest in helping people maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life. Nancy has worked in private practice with a wide range of clients and conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, diabetes, PCOS, and mental health conditions. She takes an individualised and practical approach to exercise rehabilitation, helping clients improve function and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Sport has always been a significant part of Nancy’s life. She grew up playing soccer before transitioning into amateur boxing, where she represented Victoria at both state and national championships. Her passion for boxing later led her into coaching, including working with the National Women’s Development Team at the Australian Institute of Sport and co-managing a boxing gym.
Through her sporting career, Nancy has experienced firsthand the challenges of injury and recovery. These experiences inspired her career in Exercise Physiology and continue to shape her approach, combining clinical expertise with a genuine understanding of rehabilitation, performance, and behaviour change.
Whether the goal is recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, returning to sport, or improving overall health and fitness, Nancy is committed to providing the support, knowledge, and practical strategies needed to help people move better, feel better, and create lasting change.
