We’re excited to announce that Mill Park Leisure has taken home Health Club of the Year at the 2026 Aquatics & Recreation Victoria (ARV) Industry Awards, recognising the venue’s outstanding contribution to health, wellbeing and member experience.
The award highlights the team’s strong commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community by delivering high-quality member experiences every day. From innovative group fitness to personalised support, this recognition celebrates the commitment we bring to improving community health and wellbeing.
Large Venue of the Year – Highly Commended
Mill Park Leisure was also highly commended for Facility of the Year (Large), capping off a standout night for the team. A testament to the strength of our operations, customer experience, and community engagement. This achievement acknowledges the efforts of every team member who contributes to making our venue a vibrant, safe and supportive space for all.
Customer Service Team Member of the Year Nomination – Marcus
A special congratulations goes to Marcus, who was nominated for Customer Service Team Member of the Year. His professionalism, warmth and ability to connect with members have made him a standout within our team. Marcus consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every visitor feels valued, supported and welcomed.
Venue Manager Ryan Mifsud said the recognition reflects the passion and dedication of the entire team.
