R U OK? Day: Sep 10 2026

At Mill Park Leisure, we believe wellbeing is about more than just physical health. It is also about looking after our mental health and staying connected with the people around us. That’s why we’re proud to support R U OK? Day on Thursday 10 September 2026, a national day that encourages Australians to check in with friends, family, colleagues and community members and ask one simple but powerful question: “Are you OK?”

Many people experience periods of stress, anxiety, loneliness or personal challenges, and often a simple conversation can make a meaningful difference. Research from R U OK? shows that people who are asked if they’re okay often feel supported, cared about and valued. The campaign reminds us that we don’t need to be mental health experts to make a positive impact. Sometimes, simply listening can help someone feel less alone.

By creating a culture where people feel comfortable checking in on one another, we can strengthen our communities and help ensure that nobody has to face difficult times alone.
