Sound Bath

Friday 19 September 7:00pm

As we step into the new season, Mill Park Leisure invites you to experience an evening of balance, renewal, and connection through the ancient practice of Qigong combined with the soothing power of sound healing.

The Sounds of Spring: Honouring the Equinox with Qigong & Sound Healing is a unique event designed to help you rebalance your energy, release stress, and welcome the season with intention.

What to Expect

The session will begin with gentle Qigong movements, self-applied massage, and breath practices to cultivate vitality and align your body’s natural rhythms. Rooted in ancient Chinese Medicine, Qigong is a powerful practice for supporting wellness, clarity, and presence in daily life.

To complete the evening, you’ll surrender to a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath. The healing vibrations are designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for emotional release and renewal. Together, these practices provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and embrace the fresh energy of spring.

Michelle first discovered Qigong more than 20 years ago while seeking solutions for chronic pain following a car accident. What began as an unexpected path to recovery has become a nourishing daily practice that transformed her life.

For over 15 years, Michelle has been sharing this ancient wisdom with people of all ages through classes and workshops, both in person and online.
