Men’s Health Week
Men’s Health Week is running from 15–21 June, and at Mill Park Leisure we’re proud to support this important national initiative focused on improving men’s physical, mental and social wellbeing. The week encourages men of all ages to check in with their health, build positive habits and connect with their community.
This year’s theme highlights the power of small, meaningful steps that lead to long-term wellbeing, and we’ve planned free activities for members and non-members to help make those steps easier.

Why Men’s Health Week Matters
Men’s Health Week is a reminder that wellbeing goes beyond fitness. It’s about prevention, connection and taking small steps that make a big difference. By opening our doors wider this week, we hope to encourage more men to check in with themselves, support each other and build healthier habits.
